These terms explain the current AutomotiveHub service boundaries. Finance, payment, escrow, or custody services are available only where expressly stated and delivered by approved providers.
Roadworthy scope
Roadworthy checks record uploaded evidence and review status only. Buyers must still complete their own inspection and legal checks before purchase.
Document review checks submitted evidence and workflow consistency. It does not guarantee vehicle condition, ownership, finance approval, payment safety, or future legal transfer.
Ownership and documents
Ownership review checks the seller-supplied ownership path and flags mismatches. AutomotiveHub does not guarantee ownership or manage vehicle transfer.
Sellers remain responsible for accurate listing information, document authenticity, and lawful authority to list the vehicle.
Finance disclaimer
Finance is provided by external finance providers. AutomotiveHub only routes finance leads after buyer verification and finance data-sharing consent; it is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and does not provide personalised credit advice.
Commission payment notice
Commission payments are not currently available. AutomotiveHub does not receive, hold, or release buyer funds.
Location privacy
Exact GPS from live photo capture is used internally for fraud prevention and verification review. Public listings show approximate suburb, city, and province only.
